Katie

Growing up, my parents taught us the importance of health and how to incorporate it into even the most busy and diverse of lifestyles. Good food, daily exercise and the right mindset were essential. As I got older these elements of my day-to- day life became a greater priority to me and have led me to be where I am today.

Dancing competitively for over 10 years definitely shaped the way in which I saw the importance of servicing your body and providing it with the necessary tools to function without injury or pain. It was in the last 4 years of my dancing that my interest shifted over to functional training and a holistic approach to life.

After completing my certificate III and IV in personal training, I began working full-time as a Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. Helping people every day to reach their goals is something I have always been passionate about from day dot and will continue to provide the best service possible.

Kfit was launched in April 2017.
